We have had the great fortune of working with Anne Lawrence of Vanguard Properties for leasing a retail space on 2146 Union Street. This was a tough project where due to the short term nature of the lease, most tenant candidates did not want to occupy the space for less than two years. Anne’s resilience, proactive search, and diligence paid off. In less than one month, Anne found us a tenant who was willing to lease out our space with the terms we’d previously agreed on.
